Return, Cancellation & No Refund Policy

This Return, Cancellation & No Refund Policy applies to all donations, contributions, pooja/seva bookings, and any other payments made through the official website of Sri Thirupathi Venkateswara Perumal Thirukovil, Thiruvannamalai (Sri Valli Siddhar Peedam Trust) (hereinafter referred to as “the Trust”).

By making any payment through this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

1. Donations

All donations made to the Trust are voluntary contributions intended to support religious, spiritual, and charitable activities of the temple and Trust.

🔒 No Refund Policy for Donations

  • All donations are final and non-refundable.

  • Donations once made cannot be cancelled, reversed, or transferred.

  • No refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.

  • Donors are solely responsible for verifying the amount and details before completing the payment.

The Trust shall not be liable for errors made by the donor while entering payment details.

2. Pooja / Seva Bookings

All pooja, seva, and ritual bookings made through the website are considered confirmed upon successful payment.

  • No cancellations are permitted.

  • No refunds will be issued.

  • Non-attendance or failure to participate does not qualify for a refund.

If a pooja/seva is postponed or rescheduled due to unavoidable circumstances (such as temple closure, natural events, or administrative reasons), the Trust may reschedule the service at its discretion. No monetary refund shall be provided.

3. Prasadam / Spiritual Products (If Applicable)

Due to the sacred and devotional nature of prasadam and temple-related items:

  • No returns will be accepted once an order is confirmed.

  • No refunds will be issued.

  • Devotees must ensure correct delivery details at the time of ordering.

The Trust shall not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect address or contact information provided by the devotee.

4. Duplicate Payments / Technical Errors

In the rare event of a genuine technical error resulting in duplicate payment due to system malfunction, the Trust may review the matter.

Any such review shall be subject to verification, and the decision of the Trust shall be final and binding.

5. Tax Receipts (12A / Applicable Registration)

Where applicable, donation receipts may be issued under relevant statutory registrations.

Once a donation receipt has been generated and issued, no reversal or refund shall be possible.

6. Acceptance of Policy

By proceeding with any payment through this website, the donor/devotee:

  • Confirms acceptance of this No Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • Agrees that the payment is voluntary and final.

  • Waives any claim for refund or cancellation.
