We purchased vacant plots of land on Chennai Main Road, Ayyappa Nagar, between 2013 and 2017 with the intention of building a house and settling down. During that period, Sri Tirupati Venkatesa Perumal appeared in my dreams in various divine forms. Through these dreams, He guided me through many trials and tribulations. In one such dream, Perumal instructed me to build a temple for Him. At first, I thought it was just a dream, but it soon became clear that it was a divine calling and a sacred command from Perumal.

On 28 May 2017, we began to constructing the temple by performing Bhoomi Pooja on our land at So. Keezhnachipattu, Tiruvannamalai District.
The construction of the temple was completed within 1 year. Our temple was established on 2017. The temple tower stands 15 feet high. The idol of Sri Thirupathi Venkatesa Perumal is 15 feet tall. Sri Lakshmi Narasimha is Consecrated in a seated posture, and Sri Aranganathar is in a 12-foot reclining position.

The temple also houses statues of Garudazhwar, Hanuman, Andal, and Ramanuja.
